Stay Safe Workshops

Specialised Motorcycle Workshops

Stay Safe Advanced Motorcycling offer a variety of mini courses that we call Workshops. Our workshops are specifically designed to give our students the skills to ride in specific circumstances, need to know how to ride a slow speeds correctly…we have a workshop for that, or do you require the skills to ride with or be a passenger on a motorcycle…we have a workshop for that and many more!

Over the many years we have been riding motorcycles we have met many other riders, at Motorcycle meets, events, races and even on the road. One thing that every rider has in common is that, no matter how much experience they have, they have a blind spot somewhere in their skill set. Most riders have never been professionally trained or shown how to do certain elements of riding, this is the reason we started offering workshops.

Every workshop we Stay Safe Advanced Motorcycling offer follows a simple plan:

  • Step 1. Demonstration

  • Step 2. Observation

  • Step 3. Reflection

  • Step 4. Repetition

Each of our workshops is a 4 hour course, laser focused on learning a specific skill, to make you a better…safer rider!

Pillions can make riding dangerous, especially if either the rider or pillion are inexperienced. This workshop is geared to both riders & pillion, it shows you how to react correctly as a pillion or a rider and makes riding safer for both of you.

Slow Speed Control

Slow speed riding can be challenging, moving around car parks or in traffic can cause the bike to be difficult to control or even to stay upright. This workshop will give you the skills to maintain slow speeds correctly and to come to a controlled stop safely.

Step Up

This workshop has been tailored made for people who have recently upgraded to a bigger bike, stepping up from a relatively small bike to something with a lot more power can dangerous and inexperienced riders can easily lose control.
